Governo Cidadão

SOL (Online Procurement Solution) was developed in the context of the Governo Cidadão Project, and focuses on cooperatives served by the project. The main goal is that these beneficiary organizations can carry out bids for purchasing and/or contracting goods, services and works using the application, in addition to reaching a larger number of vendors.

The Sustainable RN Project (Projeto RN Sustentável, Governo Cidadão) is an integrated multisectoral project that aims to contribute, in five years, to the changes in the socioeconomic scenario of Rio Grande do Norte, through the implementation of a set of articulated actions aimed at reversing the low dynamism of the State, with a focus on reducing regional inequalities. Theses actions aims at modernizing public management to provide services more effectively and efficiently, in order to improve the quality of life of the population of Rio Grande do Sul.

The development objective of the Sustainable RN Project is to contribute to the State’s efforts to: (i) increase food security, access to productive infrastructure and access to markets for family farming; (ii) improve the access to and the quality of education, health and public security services; and (iii) improve the public expenditure, human resource and physical asset management systems, in the context of a results-based management approach.
